VEGAN TRUFFLES WITH SESAME SEEDS AND CRANBERRIES

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Quantity ~ 20 truffles

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sesame seeds (a little baked before)

  • 1/2 cup of dehydrated finely minced cranberries

  • 2 tbsp. tahini sauce

  • 4 tbsp agave nectar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp finely grinded coconut

Instructions:

Mince the cranberries first. Then mix the tahini sauce with the agave nectar and vanilla extract. Mix everything all together and then add the rest of the ingredients until it becomes a thick paste. Form little truffles and place in the fridge for 10 minutes, then serve.
